Returning
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt. Send the completed return form along with the invoice with the shipment. If this form is not completely filled out we cannot process the return request. Please remember that shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be returned in original condition with labels and tags attached. The product must not contain any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned 3 items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Refunds
Once the product is received, the product will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase price will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all this and you still have not received a refund, contact our customer service team.
Conditions
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Products such as underwear, lingerie, pantyhose and personal care products do not fall under the return policy of () due to hygiene. Therefore, these products cannot be returned and will not be processed.
- Provide the return with a track & trace code (own costs)
- Email on the day of shipment a picture of the track and trace code
- The return form needs to be printed out in the package
- The product should be sent in unused condition
- The product should be delivered in its original packaging
- The product will be checked for damage caused by the customer, sending a damaged product will not be accepted.
